Shipping policy

Shvaan Foods delivers its fresh wet dog food products across India, subject to courier service availability at the customer's delivery location. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, peak periods or unforeseen logistical delays. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid online orders, with no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at eligible delivery locations, with an additional flat charge of ₹49 per order.

All product prices displayed on Shvaan.com are inclusive of applicable GST.

Available payment and delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are prepared and dispatched after confirmation, subject to product availability and operational processing. Tracking information will be shared when available.

Delivery Issues and Damaged Products

For assistance with delayed deliveries, contact sales@shvaan.com with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, swollen, tampered with, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the affected products and outer packaging.

Replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our published Refund Policy.
